In case you’re wondering what the F is up around here - and we know we certainly have been as well - here’s some info:
First, we moved, which posed a huge set of problems (none of them yours).
Second, a site as popular as this (and that’s been around since 1998) gets a lot of spam. A LOT of spam. At least 1,000 pieces a day. Well, compound that with an unknown glitch that caused our mail program to download Every Single Email between 12 and 18 times, and it will come as no surprise that our mail client just took a giant crap, corrupted the entire database, and told us to Get Bent.
When we finally got it to work at all we were looking at over 140,000 messages in the inbox. Yes you read that right.
So.
We’re still trying to assess all the damages from moving and we hope to get to a point of filling the orders we are only now able to download very soon.
We’re well aware that our problems are not your problems, and we understand if you want to cancel your orders.
The good news: Now we can even receive your emails telling us to do that. Until this week we could not.
Please bear with us as we do our best to limp forward as fast as possible given all the restrictions that block our path.
