Two New Ink Originals!

Two new Coop ink originals and only we have them!

First is SKYE, done for his latest large format painting (to be unveiled in May at his Corey Helford Gallery show).

Next is CHALLENGER, done for MIDNIGHT CLUB LOS ANGELES for Rockstar Games.

Make sure you secure these if you want them - you can add these to the shopping cart but we may have to adjust the shipping since they are originals and not merchandise.

Opening Date: Coop’s New Show -

Yes Indeedy, Coop’s got another amazing solo show coming up this year.

He’s continuing his large paintings, but there will also be some surprises for people who might not have 12 spare feet of wall space available.

We only just now got the final word on the opening date (and PARTY) will be May 29th, 2009.

We’ll be posting lots of updates, and sending invites to everyone on THE MAILING LIST (hint, hint), but we wanted to announce this right away so you can clear your calendars.

The show is at the Corey Helford Gallery in Culver City (West Los Angeles) CA, and it’s free and open to the public.

Ancient Coop Originals Up for Auction

Coop’s “CAGED BITCH” illustration for Hustler Magazine graces the ad for this auction (March 12-13, 2009), but the auction actually features FOUR Coop originals.

Here’s the direct link to search results for COOP of the auction catalog. If the link doesn’t work you can search for COOP and see the four Coop originals.

No info on the estimates for the other three pieces, but the ad shows the estimate for “CAGED BITCH” at $5000-plus. Pretty great appreciation on the old investment!

We’ve never dealt with Heritage so we can’t endorse, but online registration with them is free and this is likely the only place to get these rare originals.
